Focusing on the large scale operation phase after robots are deployed in real-world scenarios, it provides unified access, dispatching, and operation management services for residential communities, commercial office buildings, industrial parks, and other environments through its proprietary AIROBO operating system. The Group does not directly manufacture hardware but adopts an asset-light platform model to address the industry pain point that robots of different brands and protocols cannot interoperate with one another.

AIROBO has been deeply engaged in the integrated robotics operation sector, having onboarded dozens of robotics hardware manufacturers covering multiple mainstream brands. It has also established partnerships with several leading property management companies in China. All parties leverage the AIROBO operating system as the underlying technology foundation to jointly build and operate property robotics operation platforms, promoting large-scale robot applications in property service scenarios such as delivery, cleaning, security patrol, and equipment inspection.
